Open Forum on Time-Triggered Technologies

November 13-14, 2008
Bellevue, Washington, USA

Digital data communication is a key technology for tight integration of safety-critical aircraft systems. Data communication components represent only a fraction of the total aircraft costs, but they determine the ability of integrators and suppliers to create system architectures at lower costs and weight. Because of their specific features, timetriggered field buses can play a significant role in the reduction of system lifecycle costs.

This event is designed to enable an open discussion on low-cost time-triggered technologies and field buses, and to explain their benefits for aircraft systems design. Participants will get information on the newest programs, related products, IP, technologies and standardization roadmaps, and will also have the opportunity to visit an exhibit showcasing the latest information from leading solution and tool providers.
