The TTP specification document
will be provided by TTTech Computertechnik AG (TTTech) to the recipient's
respective company department free of charge upon TTTech's acceptance
of an order.
With its order recipient agrees
- to use the specification document only within recipient's respective
company;
- to use the specification document solely for internal information
purposes;
- not to copy the specification document;
- not to alter or translate the specification document;
- not to construct anything, inter alia, but not limited to, chips,
apparatus, etc, conform-ing to the specification document and/or
to information disclosed in the specification document in whole
or in part without TTTech's prior written permission.
Recipient acknowledges that any and all of the copyrights, trademarks,
trade names, patents (whether registrable or not) and other intellectual
property rights embodied in or in connection with the specification
document are and will remain the sole property of TTTech respectively
the respective right holder. Nothing contained in this legal notice,
the specification document or in any TTTech web site shall be construed
as conferring to recipient any license under any intellectual property
rights, whether explicit, by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.
The specification document is subject to change.
TTTech provides the specification document "as is" and
with all faults and hereby disclaims all warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy
or completeness, or of results to the extent permitted by applicable
law. The entire risk, as to the quality, use or performance of the
specification document, remains with recipient. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law TTTech shall in no event be liable for
any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever
(including but not limited to loss of data, data being rendered
in accurate, business interruption or an other pecuniary or other
loss whatso-ever) arising out of the use or inability to use the
specification document, even if TTTech has been advised of the possibility
of such damages.
